Pirate Sunrise: Nicaragua Coffee Large scale coffee production began in the mid-19th century in Nicaragua and is one of the countries principal products. Nicaragua’s premiere coffee comes from the Jinotega region, which lies about 88 miles north of the Capitol of Managua. Most of the country’s coffee is grown high altitudes and meets the Strictly High Grown (SHG/SHB) specifications. Much of the coffee is also shade grown, where it lies under the shade canopies of the local ecologies.Colombian Coffee Colombia produces some of the most popular coffees in the world and has a reputation for its well-balanced and mild coffees. They are the second largest global exporter behind Brazil and you would be hard-pressed to find someone that doesn’t enjoy a cup of coffee from Colombia. Colombian coffees are extremely popular as they can be roasted dark without turning excessively bitter and can thus be used for espresso drinks.

3 Wenches: A perfect harmony of three types of coffee beans: Brazilian, Ethiopian and Colombian sweet fruit, cocoa and soft nuttiness with a clean bright finish that makes a delectable straight shot. This blend shines when married with milk, coming through like hot chocolate spiked with blueberry schnapps and hazelnut liquor. Good as Espresso or french press, either way this blend is outstanding

Irish Pirate: (Our most popular.)Cupping Notes: Milk chocolate, honey roasted peanuts, berry, mild citrus, brown sugar, Medium body, soft acidity. Espresso: Dark chocolate, well balanced, red berry, toffee, molasses, full body, mild acidity. This blend consists of two natural process and washed coffee. (Brazil, Mexican and Costa Rican)

Half Caff: A wonderful blend of Half-Costa Rican Decaf (Swiss Water Filtered) and Half Regular Costa Rican Coffee, this coffee and blend have less acid. Costa Rican Coffee comes from, The Tres Rios region, just east of San Jose, produces some of the country’s finest coffees. La Magnolia starts with a recognizably sweet and floral aroma and has clean acidity, medium body and intense, yet delicate, flavors of citrus, maple, and honeysuckle
